Setting Up Reference Questions for Applications

This article will provide insights into utilising reference options to customise reference checks for self-employed applicants and automate the sending of these references upon receipt of their application.

1. Click on Settings.
2. Click on Applications.
3. Click on References.
4. Click on Reference Questions.

• To customize the questions included, simply navigate to each reference type, select or deselect the Enable checkboxes accordingly, and then click Save to apply your preferences.

• Each tab corresponds to a different message type. Click Edit Message to modify the appropriate Event, click Save once completed.
