Why Didn't I Receive My OnList?
This article covers scenarios where you do not receive the OnList in Reapit Lettings.
If you have not received your OnList notification, there are a few common causes. Follow the steps below to identify and resolve the issue.
- Check Whether the Property Has Been Received in Reapit Lettings An OnList notification can only be generated after a successful property feed has been received from your uploader and the property has loaded into Reapit Lettings.
Property Not Showing in Reapit Lettings? **** Log in to your uploader, make a small change to the property's description, and click Save. This will trigger an updated property feed request to Reapit Lettings. If the property has still not appeared in Reapit Lettings within 1 hour, we recommend contacting your uploader directly to confirm that the property feed is being sent successfully to us.
- The Property Is in Reapit Lettings, but No OnList Was Generated **** If the property is already visible in Reapit Lettings, the most common cause is that the property was not correctly OffListed when it was previously advertised. In this situation, Reapit Lettings may not recognise the property as a new listing and therefore will not generate a new OnList notification.
Resolution **** Open the property record and manually review and update all relevant listing fields as required, including:
- Date Listed
- Owner
- Tenant
- Keys
- Any other listing-related details
Saving the updated information should allow the property's listing status to be refreshed correctly.
3. Verify Your OnList Report Configuration **** Note: Users with Diamond-level access can review the report configuration.
Navigate to Reports → Letting → On/Off List Report ****
Review the report settings and confirm that the configuration is correct for your office and intended recipients.
4. Check the Email Log **** If all settings are correct and the OnList should have been generated, the email may have failed to send.
Navigate to Settings → General → Email Log.
Review the email log to determine whether:
- The email was successfully sent
- The email failed to send
- Any delivery errors were recorded
This can help identify whether the issue is related to the OnList generation or email delivery
