How To Contact an Applicant

This article will run through how to contact an applicant in Reapit Lettings.

1. Click on Letting. 2. Click on Applications. 3. Click on Applications. 4. Find the application on the applications page, using the Search function if necessary. By clicking on the applicant’s name, this will open the details for that application. 5. Click the Page button for the applicant/s that you would like to contact and then select the Contact (letter) icon to message the selected applicants. Note: You can now send a personalised Email or SMS to the applicant.
