Leads Property Tab

This Reapit Lettings article shows how to manage Lettings BDM - Leads Property Tab.

The processes in this article include:

• How to Edit Property Information
• Converting a Lead to a Rental

The Leads Property Tab allows the updating of property information related to the selected lead.

You can update information relating to:

• Property,
• Management and Appraisal estimates.
• Financial details and Fees
• Management Details

The Leads Property Screen also allows you to convert the lead to a Rental.

Note: You are not able to add multiple properties to a lead. You must create a new lead for each property relating to the contact and then link each lead. Please read Working with Leads: Summary Tab for instructions on how to link leads.

How to Edit Property Information

1. Click on Lettings BDM.
2. Click on Leads.
3. Click on ****Leads.
4. Select the required lead by clicking on the Lead ID.
5. Select the Property Tab.
6. Click on Edit to open the update Drawer of the section you wish to make changes to.
7. Click on Save to keep changes made and return to the Property Tab.
8. Click Cancel at any time to exit the drawer and discard any changes made.

Converting a Lead to a Rental

This process pushes a property's details through the Letting module, allowing the property to be advertised and lease management to occur.

To progress the Lead data through to Reapit PM, please read Using the IRE / Console Cloud Integration for more information.

1. Click on the 3 dots in the Property box, then Convert to Rental.
2. A green popup will confirm the property has been converted and will now be available through the Letting tab.
