Adding additional Call Results – Lettings BDM

This process demonstrates how to add additional Call Results that can be assigned to Leads follow up in Reapit Lettings BDM Call Sessions.

1. Click on Settings.
2. Click on Lettings BDM.
3. Click on General.
4. Navigate to General Settings and select Calls.
5. Click on New+.
6. Enter the Order and Name.
7. Click on Save.

When conducting a Call Session, the new Call Result will be selectable from the dropdown.
