Updating Agent App Phrase & Application Provider

This article outlines the process of updating the Agent App Phrase in Reapit Lettings. This process needs to be completed if change your application provider.

1. Click on Settings.
2. Click on Letting.
3. Select General.
4. Select the Applications Tab.
5. Navigate to Application Phrase for Notification Messages and update the Application Phrase.
6. Update the existing merge field with a merge link or hard coded URL. These will then merge into messages.
7. Click on Save.

To check the merge fields have updated,

1. Click on Messages.
2. Click on Letting.
3. Check required messages have been updated with the new App Phrase or Link.
