Overview

How to contact Matched Prospects to a Property

When a prospect has completed property preferences against their file, they will be matched against suitable properties within Reapit Lettings.

The processes in this article include:

• Contact via the Inspection Summary Page
• Contact via the Property

Contact via the Inspection Summary Page

1. Click on Letting.
2. Click on Summary.
3. Click on Inspection Summary.
4. Navigate to the Tenants Matched column and select the number related to the property.
5. Select All or required prospects using the tick box.

1. Click on the Contact icon in the action bar.
2. Select from the dropdowns the property to contact the prospects about and a message template.
3. Click on Next.
4. Review message content, adjust as required.
5. Click on Merge and Review to view emails by each contact if needed.
6. Click on Send Messages.

Contact via the Property

1. Search and select a property from the header, or select the property from the Inspection Summary Tab.
2. Navigate to the Leasing tab.
3. Click on the Prospects tab.
4. Select all or individual prospects by clicking the tick box.
5. Click on Contact Selected or Contact All.
