How to Remove a Duplicate Key

This article will run through how to remove a duplicate key within Reapit Lettings.

Occasionally, when attempting to add a key to a rental property, you may receive a message indicating that the key is already assigned elsewhere, take note of this number.

1. Click on P****roperties.
2. Click on Rentals.
3. Click on Rentals.
4. Set the dropdown to All.
5. Navigate to the Keys column and click on the down arrow.
6. Enter the key number and click on Search.

1. Select the property.
2. From within the Main Data tab, select the Access tab.
3. Navigate to the Keys section and select Remove on the line of the duplicate key number.
4. Click on OK to confirm.
5. Click on Save, then Ok to confirm the save.
