How to Setup Hours Before Inspection Reminder

This article will run through how to setup inspection reminders - Hours Before Reminders within your account in Reapit Lettings.

1. Click on Messages. 2. Click on Lettings. 3. Click on Inspection Reminders.
2. Scroll down to Hours Before Reminders. By default, a generic reminder is already stored click Remove if not required.
3. Click Add Reminder to add another reminder.
4. Specify who receives the reminder, and how they receive it by selecting the applicable checkboxes.
5. Update the message within the Messages for Days Before Reminders template as needed.
6. You may also add merge fields by navigating to Merge Field section and choose which applies.
7. Click on Save.
