Completing a TICA when using 2Apply Verify

This article will run through how to complete a TICA Check once a 2Apply application has been received in Reapit Lettings.

1. Navigate to Letting.
2. Click Applications.
3. Click Applications.
4. Click to open the Application.

Note: You can follow a flexible path when navigating through the system, either using Letting > Applications > Properties > Applications or the more direct route Letting > Applications > Applications. Both approaches will lead you to the same destination.

1. Navigate to Database Checks.
2. Click the three dots to the right of TICA.
3. Click Open in TICA.
