Transferring Properties Between Team Members

This article will run through how to transfer properties between team members in KeyWhere.

1. Navigate to the Team section. 2. Click the drop-down menu in the top right, then click Transfer Properties. 3. In the Transfer From drop-down, select the team member you would like to transfer the properties from. 4.In the Transfer To drop-down, select the team member you would like to transfer the properties to. 5. In the Authority to reassign section, choose if you would like to transfer properties for which the first team member is Property Manage/SA, Listing Agent, or both. 6. Click on Transfer. Note: All properties in the selected categories will be transferred immediately, and that the second team member will take the role of the first team member on these properties.
