Webforms are used by BDMs as an easy way to register new leads into Lettings BDM. These webforms are developed with Link Builder, and can then be sent directly to a lead, or used by the BDM to enter data. 1. Click on Lettings BDM. 2. Click on Tools. 3. Select Link Builder. 4. Select a BDM to be assigned to leads created with the link. 5. Select the Source that the lead will be generated from. 6. Select a Referrer if required. 7. Select Initial Status that the lead will initially load into the system as. 8. Create a title for your webform page that is specific to that link by filling the Page Title section. 9. Tick the checkbox for Prevent Lead Merges (if applicable). This will create a new entry for every enquiry, regardless of whether the contact information matches a previous lead. 10. Tick the checkbox for Bypass Property Info (if applicable). This will remove the requirement for property details to be entered. 11. Tick the checkbox for External Referrer if the Referrer is external (if applicable). By selecting External Referrer, the link will create a webform in which will request for the Referrers personal details, Investor details then property information. 12. Tick the checkbox for Hide Comments (if applicable). This allows you to hide the comments box, so the lead is unable to leave a comment. 13. Once the link has been customised, you may perform the following actions below.

Test LinkThis can be used to test if the link is working properly.
Email LinkFor this function to work, a mail client such as Outlook, Microsoft Mail or Mozilla Thunderbird needs to be used. If accessing emails through a web browser (most common with Gmail) then the email link won't be available. If this is the case, copy and paste the message + link into a new email in browser.
Show Short LinkThis can be used on social media such as Facebook or Instagram.

    14. The default message can be customised in the Custom Questions tab. 15. Ensure the default message is saved if changed.
