Status Group: Not Registered

This article will run through what tenants not registered means in Reapit Lettings.

Once the system has notified a prospect about available inspection times, they have the option to register for that inspection time.

If they do not register or book into that inspection, they are a ‘Not Registered’.

1. Click on Letting.
2. Click on Enquiries (Tenants).
3. Click on Tenants.
4. To narrow down the results, you can filter by Address. Click on the Property Address column header and type in the address before clicking on Search.
5. Navigate to the Status Group column.

Once you have followed up with Not Registered Tenants, you are able to register them for inspections following Advising and Inviting Inspection Attendees.
