Overview

Import Owners

This article explains the Import Owners function in Reapit Lettings.

1. Click on People.
2. Click on Owners (Rentals).
3. Navigate to the 3-dots and select CSV Import.
4. Attach the upload file and click on Import.

Note:

• The CSV file should contain the following columns:
• First Name, Last Name, Property Address, Email Address, Salutation, Mobile, Display Name, with NO column headings.
• The property address can be either in one column, or separated int each address part per column.
• If importing the address in a single column, the format must be: 8 Ina Row, Origin, QLD, 4000 or

• If importing using the separated property address, include the following columns: Street Number, Street, Suburb, State, Post Code.

• Property addresses should preferably match a property already in Reapit Lettings.
