Control the Ability to Apply Without Inspecting

This article will run through how to enable settings for prospect tenants to apply for a property without inspecting in Reapit Lettings.

1. Navigate to Settings.
2. Click Applications.
3. Click General.
4. Navigate to Allow Tenants to Apply Before Inspection, click No, Yes, From Property (Off) and From Property (On).
5. Click Save. ****

Note:

• No - restricts tenants being able to apply for a property without inspecting first, unless a code is provided to them.
• Yes - allows tenants to apply for the property without inspecting first.
• From Property (Default Off) - defaults will be set when the property is added to the on list.
• From Property (Default On) - defaults will be set when the property is added to the on list.

6. To enable this setting for select properties, navigate to Properties
7. Click Rentals.
8. Click on the property you wish to access.
9. Within the Leasing tab, click Inspection Options, select the 'Allow Applications Before Inspections' checkbox.
10. Click Save.
