    Overview

Welcome to Reapit Lettings. This article walks new users through their first session, covering:

    • Accepting your invitation and logging in
    • Setting up your profile
    • The main workspaces
    • Recommended first tasks

Accept your invitation and log in

    1. Open the invitation email from Reapit Connect and select Accept invitation.
    2. Create a password and complete the multi-factor authentication setup.
    3. Log in to Reapit Lettings with your Reapit Connect credentials. The same login works across every Reapit product your agency uses.

Note: Invitations expire after 7 days. If yours has lapsed, ask your administrator to resend it from Settings › Users.

    Set up your profile

    1. Select your initials in the top-right corner, then My profile.
    2. Confirm your name, mobile number and email signature — these appear on communications you send to tenants and applicants.
    3. Upload a profile photo. It is shown to prospective tenants on viewing confirmations.
    4. Select Save.

    The main workspaces

    1. Listings — rental properties currently being marketed, with enquiry and application counts per listing.
    2. Viewings — the viewings calendar, covering open homes and private appointments, with attendee check-in.
    3. Applications — tenancy applications received through 2Apply, ready for processing and shortlisting.
    4. Keys — key tracking via KeyWhere, showing where every key is and who has it.
    5. Reports — enquiry, viewing and leasing activity summaries for your office.

    Recommended first tasks

    1. Open Listings and review the properties assigned to you so you know your current stock.
    2. Check the Viewings calendar for appointments already booked in your name.
    3. Open a listing and familiarise yourself with the enquiry list — replying to an enquiry and booking a viewing from it is the workflow you will use most.

Tip: Work through the related articles on creating a rental listing and adding inspections next — together they cover the core weekly workflow of a lettings agent.
