    Import Occupants/Tenants

    This article explains the Import Occupants function in Reapit Lettings.

    1. Click on People.
    2. Click on Occupants.
    3. Navigate to the 3-dots and select CSV Import.
    4. Attach the upload file
    5. Tick Don’t override tenants on Leases of there are already tenants on the lease if required.
    6. Click on Import.

    Note:

    • The CSV file should contain the following columns:
    • First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Mobile, Property Address, Lease Start Date, Lease End Date, with NO column headings.
    • The property address can be either in one column or separated int each address part per column.
    • If importing the address in a single column, the format must be: 8 Ina Row, Origin, QLD, 4000 or

    Origin, QLD, 4000

    • If importing using the separated property address, include the following columns: Street Number, Street, Suburb, State, Post Code.

    • Each Tenant should be on a new line. If the address matches an existing property, the tenant will be assigned to that property.

    • For more information on Importing Tenants, refer to the information contained on the Import Tenants CSV screen.
