How to Automatically Make a Tenant Inactive when Marked as Not Applying

This article will run through how to automatically make a Tenant Inactive when marked as Not Applying in Reapit Lettings.

To help manage your tenant database and keep it up to date, you can now turn on a setting to automatically inactivate a tenant upon selecting they aren't interested in a property or "Not Applying" from Reapit Viewings.

1. Navigate to Settings.
2. Click Letting.
3. Click General.
4. Click Inspections.
5. Tick on the setting called Inactivate Not Applying Tenants.
6. Click Save.
7. When marking off tenants as not applying in Reapit Viewings, it will then automatically make their tenant enquiry inactive in your tenant database.
