How to Generate Reference Summaries with AI

This process demonstrates how to generate a reference summary of information provided in the application within Reapit Lettings.

1. Click on Letting.
2. Click on Applications.
3. Click on Applications.
4. Click on the required AppID.
5. Navigate to the section you wish to create a Reference Summary for and click on Generate.

Note: The Generate button will only appear when a reference has been completed.

1. Set the Tone and Length and click on Generate.
2. Review the summary for accuracy before clicking on Save.
3. The text will appear in the reference summary box, from which you can copy and paste into Landlord communication.
