Inspections - Maximum Number of Tenants

This article will run through how to set a maximum number of tenants for inspections.

Setting a maximum number of tenants allows you to cap the number of registrations to book in for inspections.

The processes in this article include:

• System Default - Maximum Number of Tenants
• Individual Property Inspections - Maximum Number of Tenants

System Default - Maximum Number of Tenants

1. Click on Settings.
2. Click on Letting.
3. Click on Delay Times.
4. Scroll across to Maximum Tenants and Maximum Tenants (Tenanted), update the text boxes with the desired values.
5. Click Save.

Individual Property Inspections - Maximum Number of Tenants

This process outlines how to override the set system default Maximum Tenants on a per inspection basis.

1. Click on Letting.
2. Click on Inspections.
3. Locate the inspection to update.
4. Click on the Date, Time or Max Tenants fields.
5. Tick Override the default Max Tenants for this inspection.
6. Enter the maximum number of tenants for the inspection.
7. Click on Save.
8. Click on OK.
