How To Enter Enquiries for Multiple Properties

This article will run through how to enter enquiries for multiple properties in Reapit Lettings.

1. Navigate to Create New > Quick Register > Sales and select Register for Inspection.

2. Type in the property address.

3. Enter the buyer's details, select the Keep Buyer Details, and/ or Add Buyer Details Only checkboxes and then click Send Register Link.

Note: When "Keep Tenant Details" is checked, the tenant's information will be retained each time you select a new property.

You will simply need to press the "Send Register Link" button for each property.

4. Alternatively you can navigate to Sales > Enquiries (Buyers), click the 3 Action Dots and select New Buyer Enquiry.

5. Enter the property address, click Add to include additional properties, and then click Save once completed.
