    Summary Column Definitions

    This article shows the definitions for the columns on the Summary Screen in Lettings.

    Below are the definitions for the columns on the Summary Screen in Lettings:

    Register TenantThis column provides a link to the Register Screen for each property. The Register Screen is where you can enter an enquiry into the system.
    Inspections AvailableThis column shows how many days of inspections you presently have for people to book into. This will turn red when there are no times available for people to register for.
    Listing AgentThis shows who the listing agent is for that property. It usually automatically assigned from your XML Feed
    Property ManagerThis shows who the property manager is for that property. In most cases, the property manager will need to be assigned manually.
    Days ListedHow many days you have been advertising the property for This is based on when we first received the property information
    Days VacantHow many days the property has been vacant for (will be negative if the property is not yet available) – based on the available date for the property
    Lost RentThe amount of rent lost based on the number of days vacant
    New BusShows whether or not the property is a new business property or not. New Business properties need to be manually assigned and will have a tick in this column
    VLStands for Vacancy List Shows whether or not the property is still being advertised or on your vacancy list.
    Yes ApplyingShow how many people you have recorded in MobileROL as saying they are going to apply for a property. You can compare against actual applications received.
    Total App CountShows you how many applications (both active and inactive) that you have received on that property in the current vacancy period.
    Current App CountShow you how many applications (that are still active) that you have received on that property in the current vacancy period.
    Tenants WaitingShows number of enquiries received where there were no times available to inspect. These people are waiting for a time to be made available to view the property.
    Tenants Not RegShows the number of people advised of inspection times, who have not yet booked into an inspection time. They have not registered into an inspection.
    No InspectorShow the number of inspections for that property where there has been no inspector assigned
    Tenants Booked, Cancel, InspectedShows the number of people who have: - registered to attend future inspection times (Tenants Booked) - registered to attend then cancelled their registration (Tenants Cancel) - registered and attended the inspection (Tenants Inspected)
    Inspects Past, Future, CancelledShows the number of inspections that have: - occurred in the current vacancy period (Inspects Past) - been scheduled (Inspects Future) - have been cancelled in the current vacancy period (Inspects Cancel)
