Withdrawing a Sale

This article will guide you through the steps to withdraw a Sale from Reapit PM.

Note: this option requires the Reapit PM Sales Extension add-on located in the Marketplace.

1. Navigate to Properties > Sales
2. Search and Select the Property
3. Click on the 3-dots from the top right of the screen and click on Withdraw Sale.
4. Select the Withdraw date and enter a comment.
5. Create the payment for Seller Refund if any balances need to be cleared from the Sale file
6. Click Withdraw.

Note: Once the Sale has been withdrawn, there is no option to restore the Sale. You will need to re-create the Sale again if required.
