Updating Fees on Management Agreements

Fees can be configured to apply as default against all Management Agreements, or can be managed on an individual basis.

Update Fees Against an Individual Ownership

1. Click on People.
2. Click on Owners
3. Against the ownership details click Edit.
4. Navigate to the Agency Fees section of the agreement.
5. To remove a fee, deselect the check box.
6. To change an amount, enter a new default amount as either a percentage or dollar value.
7. To add a new fee to the management agreement, scroll to the relevant fee and click to select.
8. Update the default amount.
9. Click Save & View.
