    Overview

    Fast Connect Integration

    This article is a guide on how to set up and use the Fast Connect Integration wit h Reapit PM.

    This integration is only available to New Zealand based offices and will automate 2 different lead types; new tenancy leads and vacating leads.

    How to Activate the Fast Connect Integration

    ****Note: Only office administration users are able to activate via the Marketplace

    1. Click on Marketplace.
    2. Navigate to Connections and select Fast Connect.
    3. Click Add to Reapit PM.
    4. You will now be guided through the rest of the setup in the activation wizard.
    5. Copy your API key to the clipboard during this process as you will need this to complete activation.

    Completing activation in Fast Connect Account

    1. Go to your Fast Connect account.
    2. Open the Settings Menu.
    3. Paste your Console Cloud API Key into the API section.
    4. Click Submit.
    5. You will now see in the status the integration is Active.

    Sending New Tenancy Leads

    When a new tenancy agreement is created in Reapit PM and of that agreement, one or more tenants have opted in, a lead is sent from Reapit PM to Fast Connect to follow up.

    This lead is only sent on the initial creation of the tenancy agreement.

    You will be able to track this lead in your Fast Connect account.

    If you opt-in a tenant by mistake for a tenancy lead you need to opt them out in Reapit PM and also remove them from the lead in Fast Connect.

    Sending Vacating Leads

    When you add or update a vacate date in Reapit PM, and of that agreement, one or more tenants have opted in, the lead is sent from Reapit PM to Fast Connect for the Fast Connect Agent to follow up.

    You will be able to track this lead in your Fast Connect account.

    Opting In and Opting Out a Tenant

    When the integration is active, you will have the option to opt the tenant in and out from the edit tenancy agreement screen. This is required to be completed for each tenant when creating or saving an agreement.

    Please note: Opting out a tenant only applies to leads that have not been sent yet. If you need to opt a tenant out once a lead has been sent, you need to email Fast Connect directly at info@fastconnect.co.nz and include all relevant information.

    Viewing leads that have been sent

    You can view what leads have been sent by logging into your Fast Connect account.

    You can also see what leads have been sent and if they were successfully received by Fast Connect when the integration is active.

    1. Click on Marketplace.
    2. Navigate to Connections and select Fast Connect.
    3. Click on Activity Log.
    4. You can now view the activity log.

    Deactivating the Fast Connect Integration

    Note: Only office administration users are able to activate via Marketplace.

    1. Click on Marketplace.
    2. Navigate to Connections and select Fast Connect.
    3. Click D****eactivate.
    4. Click confirm to deactivate. Once deactivated, Console Cloud will no longer ask the PM to opt the tenant in or out, and no more leads will be sent.

    Note: Your Fast Connect account will remain active.
