Setting up Property Details & Features

This article will run through how to insert property features and details into Reapit PM.

1. Navigate to Properties > Residential.
2. Search or select your property.
3. Click Edit Photos / Floorplans.

1. The Add Photo drawer will appear. Drag your image to the grey square or use the Choose Image button to search for the image.
2. Click Save.

Adding Property Features

1. Click Edit Features.

Note: The Add Features options will only appear if no previous info has been added.

1. The features drawer will appear and you will see 2 tabs, Features & Additional.
2. Under the Features tab you can enter property features, allowances and parking information. Enter all features and information about the property. Click Save.
3. Under the Additional tab, you can enter any additional property features. Select any additional features. Click Save.

Adding Property Access Details

1. Click Add Access Info.

1. Enter the Key Number and enter the Access Details. Click Save.
