Communication history can be accessed from the Conversations page and within contact profiles, tenancies, ownerships and creditors in Reapit PM.
Viewing Communication History
- Access the Conversations page within Reapit PM to see all email, sms and print communications.
- Against a Tenancy or Property, access communications via the Timeline Tab.
- Against a Contact, Ownership or Creditor, access the communications via the Communications tab.
