    Conversations - Term Glossary

    This glossary will define common terms used in Reapit PM's Conversations.

    TermWhat it means
    ConversationA collection of related emails, activities, and notes connected to an assignee, participants and properties.
    ThreadA series of related emails that stem from an original message.
    Conversation StartedThe first email in a Conversation.
    DetailsInformation about a Conversation, including the assignee, participants and linked resources.
    AssigneeThe Reapit PM user is assigned to a Conversation. You can reassign Conversations using the ‘Edit’ link.
    UserAn agency staff member using Reapit PM.
    ParticipantsThe sender or recipients of an email in a Thread, including CC’d and BCC’d contacts.
    Note: Conversations with unknown participants appear in a separate tab.
    Unknown ParticipantsA list of emails that contacts need to be assigned to the correct participant manually
    UnassignedA filtered list of emails that were unable to be assigned to a User
    TenantA contact in Reapit PM has been identified as a tenant.
    OwnerA contact in Reapit PM has been identified as an owner.
    LinksResources linked to a Conversation, such as properties, management agreements, tenant agreements, or bills.
    Management AgreementA link to the owner’s contact card.
    Tenant AgreementA link to the tenant’s contact card.
    BillA link to a bill created from the Conversation (e.g., from an email attachment).
    ActivitiesActions taken within a Conversation Thread, such as notes added, reassignment or bill creation, including timestamps and users involved.
    NoteInternal comments or records added to a Thread by a Reapit PM user.
    ArchiveAn action to remove a Conversation from the inbox when you are finished with actioning a conversation. (This does not affect your Gmail/Outlook email account)
    DeleteAn action to delete an email from Conversations and any associated timelines. (This does not affect your Gmail/Outlook email account)
    MessageAn email or SMS communication.
