Console Pay Updating a Tenancies Console Pay Schedule

Payments and payment schedules for tenancies can be updated via the Tenancy file within Reapit PM.

Please note:

• If a payment has been taken or is going through bank clearing you will not be able to modify it
• If a recurring payment schedule is modified the modification will take effect immediately.

1. Click on People.
2. Click on Tenants.
3. Search and Select the tenant.
4. Within the tenancy agreement click on the 3-dots next to the tenant and select Manage Console Pay.
5. Against the Rent Payment Schedule click on the 3-dots and select Change rent amount.
6. Modify the Debit amount and select the From date.
7. Click Save.
