    Overview

TPS (The Tenancy Practice Services Ltd / https://www.tenancy.co.nz/) is one of Console’s integration partners. Among their products they offer a digital Tenancy Applications process, eBundle. Console clients can integrate with this product, and when the integration is activated, the two systems will work together so data entry is minimised and the application process is streamlined.

    The integration allows TPS to:

Sync property information that has an application process. An application process is automatically created in Cloud when you have a vacant property or a property has an upcoming vacate date.

Receive applications from TPS to remove the need of double entering data. At present TPS only send applications to Cloud that have been selected as the successful application.

The high level concept of the integration is that when an application process is started in the Console Cloud Applications workflow the property and related information is passed to TPS for advertising. Applications are then processed through TPS and once an applicant is finalised the application is added into Console Clouds Application workflow. You can then create the Cloud agreement without having to re-enter any of the information on the application.
