Updating Console Pay Payment Method in Tenant App

Overview

A tenant can update their payment method for Console Pay within the Mobile App.

Key Points:

The tenant must be signed up to Console Pay

Once updated all future payments will use this payment source

A Tenant cannot remove a payment source but they can replace it with another valid source.

The process in this article include:

Update Payment Source or Method in Tenant App (Console Pay)

Navigate to the payments tab

Click Update

The tenant confirms they understand all future payments will use this payment source by clicking continue

Enter the new payment information and click update
