Generating a BAS Report

This Reapit PM article will run through how to mark owners who are registered for GST and generate BAS statements for your owners on a property level.

The process in this article include:

• Mark Owners who are Registered for GST
• Generating a BAS Report

Mark Owners who are Registered for GST For ownerships who are registered for GST we can enter this against the management agreement.

1. Click on People.
2. Click on Owners.
3. Click on Edit.
4. Tick Registered for GST.
5. Click on Save & View.

Generating a BAS Report

1. Click on Accounts
2. Click on Reports.
3. Select BAS Report from the dropdown.
4. You can then search for the property and enter the start and end date as required.
5. Click on Download. A copy of the report will then be generated for you in PDF format.
