How do I Hide a Listing from the Property Alert?

This article will cover how to hide a listing from the property alert in Reapit Sales.

1. Open a Listed (Pending) property card

Note: Pending properties are usually properties that are in the process of getting ready to put on the market; they are considered "offline" properties.

2. Open the General tab of the property card and tick the Hidden Listing option

*Note it is vital to tick this option prior to updating the status of the property to Available to ensure the trigger to include the listing in the property alert

3. Click Save
