Delete a Letter Template

This article will cover how to delete a letter template in Reapit Sales.

You can delete templates created via your login. This change applies to letters, emails, and SMS that you have created.

1. Navigate to either a Contact or Property Card. Click the Email Icon and select Email Merge/ Template.

2. Click on the Select A Template drop-down menu and then click Delete.

3. Click Yes to confirm your action.

1. Within the Advanced property search, click Navigate to the Print Letter Mail Merge, select the appropriate template, and select Save Template.

2. Select Delete Letter Template from the Action Dropdown menu. Click Delete once prompted to confirm the action initiated.
