Deleting an SMS Template

This article will run through how to delete an SMS template from your account in Reapit Sales.

You can delete templates created via your login. This change applies to letters, emails, and SMS that you have created. 1. Navigate to either a Contact or Property Card. 2. Select a template from the designated dropdown menu and click Save Template. 3. Once prompted, within the Action dropdown, select Delete SMS Template. 4. Click Delete where designated to confirm the action initiated.
