This article shows how to view and navigate e-Newsletter report in Reapit Sales.
The E-Newsletter report tracks the number of E-Newsletters sent in a certain time frame. The report also provides a detailed list provided sent date, sender, email subject, and the number of emails sent as well as email statistics. Email statistics list the E-Newsletter recipients, when each recipient opened the email, how many times it was viewed by each recipient, report on the Links clicked by your E-Newsletter recipients, and whether they forwarded the email onto someone else.
Note: Staff can view reports on their Emails, E-newsletters, or Auto Emails (Property Alerts) sent. Only Master users can see the Email Analytics for ALL users and Admin users can see emails they have created and sent.
- Click on Reports from the Main Menu.
- Click on the General Reports tab then click on Email Report.

- Enter a Date Range. This report searches using the date the E-Newsletter was sent.
- Select E-Newsletter from the Email Type drop-down.
- Click Search.
- You can see a list of all emails sent in the period and view the number sent, opened, clicked, and bounced.
- Click Email Subject to preview the template that has been sent out.
- You may perform the following actions to manage the report:
- Click download icon
to download a CSV file - Print icon to print a report
- Graph icon to take you back to the graph above
- Click on the Pie Chart Icon next to the corresponding report to view the Email Marketing Statistics Report.
- You can filter results by Opened, Clicked, Unopened, and Bounced.
Click on the contacts name to quickly view/edit their contact details.
To assist with managing bounced emails;
Bounced email addresses are highlighted in red if the contact’s email address has not been changed/updated since the email was sent.
Contact’s that have had their email address updated after the email was sent is displayed with an asterisk prefixing their new/current email address.
