Unable to open reports for printing

This article shows how to allow pop-ups in your browser.

Ensure your browser isn't blocking pop-ups for reports and sales trust receipts.

FIREFOX

In Firefox, the following Popup warning will appear at the top of your page.

1. Click Options
2. Select Allow popups for admin.yourdomain.com.au
3. Your browser will remember these settings and all pop-ups will be allowed for your database in the future.

CHROME

In Chrome, the Pop-up warning will appear at the right-hand side of the URL search bar.

1. Click the Pop-up blocked warning
2. Select Always allow pop-ups from admin.yourdomain.com.au and click Done
3. Your browser will remember these settings and all pop-ups will be allowed for your database in the future.
