View Prospective Buyers/Tenants

This article runs through how to view prospective buyers/tenants in Reapit Sales.

In Prospective Buyers/Tenants you can view any contact that has enquired, inspected, submitted and offer or taken a contract on that particular listing.

1. Search for your Property and open the property card.

2. On the left panel click Prospective Buyers (If the matching left panel is not visible, click Full View in the top right-hand corner of the property card).

3. Here you can view all contacts that have:

• made an enquiry
• viewed the property by appointment or at an open for inspection
• taken a contract
• made an offer

4. You can filter for all prospective buyers/tenants by these categories by selecting from the drop-down.

5. To bulk communicate, follow up or send property documents to your prospective buyers/tenants click the Contacts/Follow Up button for more features.

6. To view any activity logged against the prospective buyer, click on the arrow next to their name.

7. The activities will appear as highlighted below:
