    Overview

The dashboard is the first screen you see when you log in to Reapit Sales. It gives you a snapshot of your pipeline, tasks and recent activity so you can plan your day without opening multiple screens. This article covers:

    • What each dashboard widget shows
    • Customising the widget layout
    • Switching between personal and office views

    Dashboard widgets

The default layout includes the following widgets:

    1. My Tasks — tasks due today or overdue, drawn from contacts, listings and open deals. Select a task to open the related record.
    2. Pipeline — your active buyers and sellers grouped by stage. Drag a card between columns to update the stage.
    3. Recent Enquiries — portal and website enquiries received in the last 7 days that are assigned to you.
    4. Upcoming Appointments — open homes, appraisals and private viewings synced from your calendar.
    5. Listing Performance — days on market, enquiry counts and inspection numbers for your current listings.

Tip: Numbers on each widget refresh automatically every few minutes. Select the refresh icon in a widget header to update it immediately.

    Customising the layout

    1. Select the cog icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
    2. Choose Edit layout.
    3. Drag widgets to reorder them, or use the toggle beside each widget name to hide widgets you do not use.
    4. Select Save layout. Your layout is saved per user, so changes do not affect your colleagues.

    Personal and office views

Salespeople see their own data by default. Users with the Manager role can switch views:

    1. Select the view selector at the top of the dashboard (it shows your name by default).
    2. Choose Office to see combined figures for the whole office, or select an individual team member.
    3. The selected view persists until you change it or log out.

Note: If a widget shows no data, check that listings and contacts are assigned to you. Unassigned records only appear in the Office view.
