Importing Property Photos / Floor Plans from Campaigntrack into Reapit Sales

You have the ability to import property photos and floorplans from Campaigntrack into Reapit Sales. If your photos/floorplans are uploaded directly to Campaigntrack; you may use this facility to import a copy of these into Reapit Sales.

1. Search for your Property and open the Property Card
2. Ensure the CampaignTrack.com.au portal is ticked within the Export to Portals section of the General tab.

3. Click the Resources Tab

In the Property Photos and Floorplan tab click the Campaigntrack Import button.

4. Select all or individually select the required Property Photos / Floorplans
5. Select the appropriate option to Append / Add to Existing Photos or Replace All Existing Photos
6. Click Import to begin the import process.

*Note: By default; the ability to import property photos and floorplans from Campaigntrack into Reapit Sales is switched ON. Please notify support@agentbox.com.au if you wish for this feature to be disabled for your office.
