Create SMS Template

This article shows how to create SMS template in Reapit Sales.

1. Click the SMS icon at the top of the property, contact or Advanced Search Results.

2. Select SMS Merge/Template from the drop-down box.

3. Create your SMS Template. Add the variables using the Add Merge Field icon. (Contact information only).

4. Select Save Template.
5. You can now create the template name and categorise if needed. Templates can be User-specific (shared only between team members) or available to the entire office.
6. Select Create to save the template.
