View Property Enquiries

This article runs through how to view property enquiries in Reapit Sales.

1. Search for your Property and open the property card and left panel. If the left panel does not appear, click Full View to make it appear.

2. On the left panel, click Prospective Buyers.

3. Here you can view a list of all Recent Enquiries, Offers Made, Contract Requests and Viewers for the property.
4. Select Enquiries from the drop-down menu to only view the enquiries that were logged using the Log an Enquiry Action Icon.

5. Click Contacts/Follow Up to open the Prospective Buyers/Tenant list. Here you can:

• View and filter view all enquiries as desired.
• Bulk communicate via E-newsletter.
• Bulk communicate via SMS.
• Bulk communicate via Mail Merge,
• Edit their comments.
• Log new enquiries
• Add a new inspection.
• Add a new offer.
• Email property documents.
• Proceed to create an Activity Report for your Vendor/Landlord.
