Searching Staff Cards - Head Office

The Head Office module allows a consolidated view of all office staff cards within each office, as well as staff cards for Head Office employees. There are 3 keys searches that can be performed to create a target list of staff members for bulk action communication if required in Reapit Sales.

*Note: Master Users Only.

Search Staff Members by Office

1. Click My Office.

2. Click Staff Members, the required office and Search on the Left Panel
3. The search results will appear and you can select to SMS, Email or send an E-newsletter if required to the staff within the specified office

Search Staff Members by Role

1. Click My Office from the main menu

2. Click Staff Members, the required role and Search on the Left Panel
3. The search results will appear and you can select to SMS, Email or send an E-newsletter if required to staff with the specified role (eg.admin, sales, principals) allocated on their staff card.

Search All Staff

1. Click My Office from the main menu

2. Click Staff Members and Search on the Left Panel
3. The search results will appear, and you can select to SMS, Email or send an E-newsletter if required to all active staff.
