Prospect Property: 'Assign Myself'

This article outlines the process to assign yourself to a prospect in Reapit Sales.

The Prospect Property 'Assign myself’ functionality can be enabled/disabled by Master Users via the System Configuration [Advanced] options.

1. Search for the Prospect Property in the Universal Search Panel.

2. When the prospect property ‘assign myself’ functionality is enabled, users will be able to assign themselves to any existing prospect property without requiring elevated privileges.

Note: Being assigned to the prospect property does not provide access to any related contact(s); The existing contact search/view permissions still apply.

Prospect property modification logs record when a user assigns themselves to a prospect property.
