    How Can Staff Create Their Own Private Custom Classes

    This article will cover creating staff creating private custom classes in Reapit Sales. Access can be given to staff to create their own Custom Classes in the system. The 'Add Custom Contact Classes' permission will need to be given via their staff card.

    Note: These custom classes will only be visible by Master users, the individual agent and their team members. Only Master users can create custom classes to share to the entire office. The processes in this article include:

    • How can Staff create their own Custom Classes
    • Adding an existing private Custom Class against a Contact
    • Custom Class Permissions

    How can Staff create their own Custom Classes

    1. Search for your Contact and open their Contact Card.
    2. Click the Contact Card tab.
    3. Click Add Custom.

    1. Enter a name for your Custom Class, e.g. Hot Buyer, Sphere of Influence, etc.
    2. Click Save.

    Adding an existing private Custom Class against a Contact

    1. Search for your Contact and open their Contact card.
    2. Click the Contact Card tab.
    3. Click into the Contact Class field and search for your name to locate your Private Custom Classes.

    1. Select the applicable Custom Classes and click Save.

    Custom Class Permissions

    Access can be given to staff to be able to create their own Custom Classes in the system.

    Note: These custom classes will only be visible by the Master, the individual agent and their team members. Only Master Users can create custom classes to share to the entire office.

    1. After opening the staff card, navigate to Access.

    1. Under the Contact Permissions, tick the checkbox Add Custom Contact Classes.
    2. Click Save Changes.
