Clone E-Newsletter

Note: Sent e-newsletters are saved in various locations depending on where they have created e.g. Property, Advanced Property Search, Contact, or Advanced Contact search. If you would like to clone an e-newsletter that was sent via an advanced contact search for example you will need to access your sent e-newsletters via a new advanced contact search.

1. Open the Property Card, Contact Card, or following an Advanced Contact Search or an Advanced Property Search.

2. Click the E-Newsletter icon .

3. Click View Sent E-Newsletters.

4. Select the template you would like to clone and select Clone E-Newsletter.

5. Refine the recipientslist if applicable.

6. Click Save & Proceed.

7. Preview template and make any changes if needed.

• Add, Edit, Remove Sections
• Attach Files, Insert Image, Video or Links

8. Choose if you would like the cloned e-Newsletter to Send for Testing, Save, Preview or Send/Schedule.
