View Contact Buyer/Tenant Activity
This article runs through how to view properties a contact has enquired about, inspected, taken a contract or made an offer on in Reapit Sales.
1. Search for your Contact open their Contact Card.
2. On the left panel click Prospective Buyer/Tenant Activity (If the matching left panel is not visible, click Full View in the top right-hand corner of the contact card).
3. You will see a list of properties they have enquired about, inspected, taken a contract or made an offer on.
4. You can filter out just one type at a time e.g. Inspection Feedback by selecting from the drop-down.
5. You can click on a comment or Activity/Follow Up button to open up the Prospective Buyer/Tenant Activity Activity panel. From here you can add/edit feedback and comments, submit offers and email property documents.
6. Click the Print icon 
to Print Activity (Summary), Print Activity (Details) or Print Listing Details.
