Registering Past AttendeesRegistering Past Attendees The Past Attendees feature streamlines the check-in process for agents by allowing them to quickly add attendees who have previously inspected the property. This eliminates the need to reconfirm the attendee's mobile number or repeat the check-in process, saving time and enhancing efficiency. The Past Attendees feature is available on all Add Attendee screens, regardless of whether an active OFI time is set. It displays the attendee's contact information and attendance history. Once an attendee is added, they will be removed from the list of Past Attendees. The Past Attendee list is refreshed every 24 hours, therefore a contact will not appear on the Past Attendee list more than once per day if multiple open homes take place on a single day.
