Adding Current Properties for Sale to Your Proposal

Adding Comparable Listings - Search Properties

1. Navigate to the Current Properties For Sale and click on Edit.
2. Within Search Properties select either Suburb Search or Address Search. Apply filters and click on Search.
3. Tick the property you wish to show in this section and click Add Selected Property.
4. The selected properties will go into My Comparables. Click on Save.
5. The selected properties will be shown in the Current Properties For Sale section of the proposal.

Adding Comparable Listings Manually

1. Navigate to Current Properties for Sale and click on Edit.
2. Click Add Listing.
3. Fill in details for the property you wish to display in this section, and then click Save.
4. Once you are happy with the details, hit Save.
5. This property will move into My Comparables. Click Save.
6. The changes will be reflected in the proposal.
