    Overview

Reapit Forms lets your office prepare, send and electronically sign real estate forms and agreements. This article covers:

    • Signing in for the first time
    • Navigating the forms library
    • Creating your first form
    • Sending a form for signing

Signing in for the first time

    1. Open the invitation email from Reapit Forms and select Activate account.
    2. Set your password, or select Sign in with Reapit Connect if your office uses single sign-on.
    3. On first sign-in you are prompted to complete your profile. Do this before sending your first form, as your details appear on documents — see the related article on setting up your profile.

    Navigating the forms library

    1. Select Forms from the left-hand menu to open the library.
    2. Forms are grouped by state and type — tenancy agreements, sales agency agreements, entry notices and more.
    3. Use the search box or the state and category filters to find the form you need.

Note: Only forms current for your state's legislation are shown. When legislation changes, updated versions appear automatically and superseded versions are retired.

    Creating your first form

    1. From the library, select the form and choose Create.
    2. Link the form to a property and contacts. If your office uses the CRM integration, details pre-fill from Reapit PM or Reapit Sales.
    3. Work through each section of the form. Required fields are marked, and the progress bar shows what remains.
    4. Select Save at any point — drafts are kept under My Forms until sent.

    Sending a form for signing

    1. With the form complete, select Send for signing.
    2. Confirm each signer's name and email address, and set the signing order if one party must sign first.
    3. Select Send. Signers receive an email link, and you can track progress from My Forms › Awaiting signature.

Tip: You'll be notified by email as each party signs. The completed, fully signed document is stored against the form and emailed to all parties automatically.
